Lahore: In recent news, the Water and Sewerage Agency (WASA) have announced the decision of cutting down on aquifer charges for commercial domestic consumers. The relief is aimed at consumers using ejector pumps to draw underground water.

According to details, WASA has already started working on the paperwork paper for the new business plan under which the charges will be reduced. The business plan will be presented before the LDA Governing Body for approval.
According to the new plan, categories of homes have been established for which the ejector pump’s monthly charges are as follows:

The new plans are also expected to bring in 30,000 new consumers.
