Top City 1 -Project Detail, Location, NOC & Payment Plan

Introduction:

Top City 1 is yet another housing society that is neighboring Islamabad International Airport.

Even though the society has been play for over 10 years it hasn’t been up until 2017 that the management of Top City has started working actively to avail all the benefits that are presented by the newest international airport in its close proximity and has become popular.

Top City 1 has also recently received the ‘Highest Tax Payer’ award by Punjab Revenue Authority on Tax Day ceremony.

 Developers:

Top City 1 Islamabad is a housing project by Dynast Associates. Dynast Associates is a construction and real estate company that also provides building maintenance services in the Capital City of Islamabad.

 Location:

The society lies right at the junction of motorway M-1 and M-2.It is another society that is situated near new Islamabad airport.

Top City 1 has acquired total of 5906 kanal of land.

 Access Points:

Top City 1 will get its direct access from Kashmir Highway in near future but since Kashmir Highway Extension from motorway junction up to New Islamabad Airport is under construction right now so the route from Fateh Jang Road is in use.

NOC and Permissions:

The Top City 1 has an approved NOC from RDA same like University town Islamabad  and it also has acquired no objection certificates from ICT, CAA, NHA and Environment Protection Department.

The sizes available in this society are 5 Marla, 10 Marla and 1 Kanal residential as well as commercial plots and farm houses. The main commercial area for bigger plots has still not been launched yet.

Payment Plan:

 Development:

Top city 1 is in its development phase and has 50% of development completed. Possession of plots in block have been allotted to the investors already whereas blocks A, B, C, D, E, F & H are still under development.

Another reason for it not reaching its full potential is that it has not being able to get direct access from the main Kashmir Highway, but even with these issues the location of the society is very ideal and its close proximity to new Islamabad airport has made it a gold mine for investors.

The future of the society looks very bright and with full development the society will attract many.
