Multan: According to recent news, the Multan Development Authority (MDA) has shared the latest details and information regarding the approval of several real estate projects in the city in the recent establishment of the Khidmat Markaz.

According to details revealed by the MDA Town Planning Deputy Director, Mr. Afaaq Bhatti, the authority has received 777 map approval requests during the said period and the planning department has issued approvals against 441 requests.

The MDA has rejected many applications based on technical issues that were shared. The applicants have hence, been given guidance on the process that is needed to be followed when fixing the issues, according to the Deputy Director.
From of these applications, 50 referred to commercial projects, out which only 10 received approvals. The remaining 40 applications had technical issues.
