On the orders of RDA Director General (DG) Captain (retired) Abdul Sattar Isani and the Director MP&TE, the developers were recently told of these conditions under the Act and Punjab Private Housing Schemes and Land Subdivision Rules 2010.
Furthermore, the civic agency has confirmed that if the housing schemes in question do not conform with its conditions, the development proposals will be cancelled or withdrawn.

According to sources, the developers used fake ads to entice people to participate in their ventures. To avoid such blunders, the RDA management has once again urged the general public to check the progress of housing schemes with the MP&TE Directorate.
