Lahore: According to a recent report, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has announced the decision to open proposals for the construction of 960 apartments under the Package-1 of the Naya Pakistan Apartments of LDA City.

According to the details revealed, the authorities of LDA opened two tenders for 15 blocks of apartments under which a total of 960 apartments are going to be constructed as a part of Package 1 of Naya Pakistan Apartments project.
The delicate opening was managed by LDA Governing Body Technical Member Amir Riaz Qureshi within the sight of different authorities of LDA. The partaking organizations included NLC and Hanan Zelkan JV and specialized offers of both the organizations were opened. Monetary offers will be opened after the assessment of specialized offers.

While speaking on the occasion, Qureshi stated that LDA Vice Chairman S M Imran is overseeing the project personally and the first phase of the construction work is expected to begin this month. He also further stated that tenders for construction work would be opened on the 13th, 17th and 20th of February.
