Karachi: According to a recent news report, the Pakistan Institute of Management (PIM) has introduced a diploma course in real estate management. The course is only available in Karachi and will begin on the 13th of March.
The total fee for the three-month course is Rs. 40,000, according to the information revealed, and the application deadline is March 12. Classes will begin on March 13th (Saturday) at 2 p.m. and finish at 5 p.m. The program is available to both degree holders and non-graduates, and it is presented as a wonderful learning experience for real estate enthusiasts.
Participants will earn qualifications, hands-on instruction, a participant training bag, and networking opportunities at the end of this course. Furthermore, this real estate management diploma will emphasize potential opportunities in the business, data collection, human relations growth, communications skills, legal and regulatory concerns, architecture, ethics, finance, and entrepreneurship.
