Gujranwala: According to a recent report, the builder firm for this new housing scheme has an aim to develop the project as the historic city of Paris, France. The project will span over a land of 4,800 acres and will have its replica of the Eiffel Tower. The original tower is at a height of 324 meters, while the replica will be 200 meters long.
Furthermore, the housing project will also get a replica of the famed Arc de Triomphe and Shanelize Street. For the town planning, design and project structure, the builders have announced its decision to bring France’s AREP Group and Renzo Piano Building Workshop on board.

The company’s marketing manager stated that the city will offer affordable houses with facilities like Europe. The interested investors are invited to register with the company for Rs. 110,000 for plots measuring in sizes:

- 7 Marla
- 10 Marla
- 1 Kanal
- 2 Kanal
For both residential and commercial plots along with apartments. The registered individuals will be given priority in the allotment and will be offered a discount.

Furthermore, the developers have also planned on including 40,000 low-cost houses for the underprivileged. The prices and location details of the project have yet to be declared. The balloting is expected to take on March 31 and it was hinted that the possession will be given in three years.
