Introduction

Naval Anchorage Islamabad is one of the non-profit communities that is offering a residential solution to the families of Pakistan Naval Officers and their families in the V zone of Islamabad.

The Naval Anchorage Housing Scheme is developed by the NESPAK (National Engineering Services).

The project was started in 1989 by Pakistan Navy Housing Scheme with a brand name of Naval Anchorage Islamabad to provide a dedicated community for the families of Shuhada’s of Pak Navy. The society works on the principle of not-for-profit.

Naval Anchorage is located just before the Kahuta Road on the eastern side of Islamabad Highway. Soan Garden is located on the other side of Islamabad Highway.

Naval Anchorage Master Plan

The master plan of the Naval Anchorage Master Plan comprises 2 Phases, Phase I and Phase II.

Phase 1 is divided into 7-main blocks, from Block-A to Block-G. Meanwhile, Phase 2 is sorted into Block-H till Block-K.

PHASE 1

Naval Anchorage Phase I has seven total blocks, Blocks A, B, C, D, E, F, and G. While, the Extension has four blocks, i.e. J, K, L, and M.

In Phase, I, 5-marla, 14-marla, 1-Kanal, and 2-Kanal residential plots are available, while the Extension comprises of 5-marla and 1-Kanal plots.

Naval Anchorage phase 1 offers commercial plots at two different locations namely commercial one and commercial two.

Block G has 125 sq yards of residential plots
