Introduction

Naval Anchorage Islamabad is one of the non-profit communities that is offering residential solution to the families of Pakistan Naval Officers and their families in the V zone of Islamabad.

The society is surrounded by exquisite natural sceneries and an eco friendly environment. It is an ideal place to live in and to invest.

Owner & Developer:

The Naval Anchorage Housing Scheme is developed by the NESPAK (National Engineering Services).  The project was started in 1989 by Pakistan Navy Housing Scheme with a brand name of Naval Anchorage Islamabad in order to provide a dedicated community for the families of Shuhada’s of Pak Navy. The society works on the principle of not-for-profit.

Location:

It is located just before the Kahuta Road on eastern side of Islamabad Highway. Soan Garden is located on the other side of Islamabad Highway.

Mouza:

Sihala Khurd and Gangota is the mauza of Naval Anchorage Islamabad.

Total Area:

The total area of Naval Anchorage is 3677 Kanals with total of 1339 residential plots.

Access:

The society has easy access off Islamabad Highway on Japan Road.

NOC:

The Sponsors have failed to obtain NOC of the society due to non-completion of pre-requisites

Project Details:

Currently two projects of Naval Anchorage have been developed by administration named Naval Anchorage1 and Naval Anchorage 2 as well.

The society is divided into Blocks named Block A, Block B, Block C, Block D, Block E and Block F.

The Naval Anchorage 1 offers different sizes of residential plots includes 125 sq yards, 350 sq yards, 500 sq yards and 1000 sq yards. The Commercial plots are also available as well in Naval Anchorage 1.

The Naval Anchorage 2 offers residential plots of 500 sq yards and also Commercial Plots as well.

To construct, manage and maintain all amenities and facilities required for a self contained high class settlement the following shall suffice.
