Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts All set to launch in Capital Smart City by 2023

Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement with Future Development Holdings Limited to construct their fourth Mövenpick Hotel & Residences in Capital Smart City Islamabad.

Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts is a hotel management company headquartered in Baar, Switzerland. It is owned by Mövenpick Holding and the Saudi-based Kingdom Group.

Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts is set to operate its hotels by 2023 to grow the hospitality and attraction for the residents and investors. The Hotel will consist of 250 hotel rooms and 150 serviced apartments, four dining venues, meeting halls, a fitness center and two swimming pools.

Mövenpick is already successfully operating Mövenpick Hotel in Karachi and has two more developing hotels in other prominent cities in Pakistan. Mövenpick Hotel Centaurus Islamabad will start operating by 2019, and Mövenpick Hotel & Apartments Lahore is planned to be launched in 2021.

Due to agreements signed between the international companies in the ongoing project in Pakistan, Capital Smart City is bound to get attention from locals and Pakistanis living abroad thus further increasing the appeal and the sales of the society.
