Gujranwala: According to the society’s official Facebook page, a number of construction firms have signed an agreement to develop 5,6 and 10 Marla smart villas in Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Gujranwala. The companies are:
- Arch Tech Consultancy Company
- MN Construction
- Mureed Construction
- M Asad Contractors
- Pak Arab Constructions

In addition, DHA Gujranwala has concluded an agreement with Prosperity Consultants-Arco Energy for electric work on the society’s 220/132 KV grid stations. According to the official release, ‘DHA Gujranwala signed MOUs for the JV of 5,6 and 10 Marla Villas development with smart facilities and the electrical works of its Grid Stations of 220/132 KVs.’

‘A Consulting Contract Agreement with Prosperity Consultants – Arco Energy was negotiated for the continuity of electric works for DHA Gujranwala’s Grid Stations,’ it said. Brigadier Muhammad Amer Kayani, Director of the DHA Gujranwala Project, was the chief guest at the MoU signing ceremony.
