Islamabad: In a recent news report, the Federal Minister for the Law and Justice Barrister, Dr. Muhammad Farogh Naseem called for effective implementation of Letters of Administration and Succession Certificates Act, 2020 at the Pakistani missions abroad so that overseas Pakistanis could be facilitated.

Naseem was chairing a meeting to formulate a plan for the purpose. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs Secretary Sohail Mehmood and Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis Secretary Dr Hashim Popalzai also attended the meeting.

On the event, the minister educated different participants regarding the gathering about the value of the framework that has been created with the assistance of the National Database and Registration (NADRA) under Succession Certificates Act spent a year ago. The law considers issuance of Succession Certificates by NADRA in the event of undisputed progression and legacy.
