Lahore: According to a source, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) is getting ready to open commercial plots in LDA City Jinnah Sector Phase I and interested buyers will be able to apply shortly. These commercial plots will be balloted in the same manner as DHA ballots, according to the LDA governing body’s order.
LDA City commercial plots in Jinnah Sector Phase 1 application forms will be available online at the LDA’s official website, and applicants will be expected to deposit the processing fee at specified banks.

The LDA would employ the support of the Punjab Information Technology Board to perform the computerized voting. In addition, the computerized ballot will be administered in front of applicants, officials from the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), and members of the public.
According to LDA data, the authority has allocated residential plots to over 10,000 file holders in the Jinnah Sector, where billions of rupees in construction work is currently underway. In addition, the LDA has allocated plot numbers to these files, and the owners can pick up allocation letters from the LDA office in Johar City.

The city planning charges levied by the LDA must be charged in installments. The deadline to clear the third instalment of LDA City plots, according to the schedule shared by authorities, is March 31.
