Lahore: According to a post on the official Facebook page, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has announced the decision to hold multiple auction events at various locations, including the Finance & Trade Centre, within the city.

According to details revealed in the Facebook post, the auctioning of commercial plots will be held on the 23rd of February at 9 AM at the LDA Sports Complex in Johar Town. The location is perfect for 5-star hotels, shopping malls, apartments, banks, food court, restaurants, health club/gyms, community centres and other profitable projects.
The civic agency has announced to hold auctions events for 12 commercial plots in Finance & Trade Centre. Another 27 plots situated in Iqbal Town, Sabzazar, Faisal Town, and Johar Town will be presented for auction.

LDA will also auction the lease rights for a community centre, marquee, petrol pump and other commercial plots located in some major housing societies such as Johar Town, New Muslim Town, New Garden Town, and LDA-Avenue-1.
