Lahore: In a recent report, there has been a huge buzz in the real estate community in the city regarding the launch of Bahria Orchard Phase V. With several agencies sharing “payment plans” of the housing society on social media.
According to a clerk that contacted a realtor in Lahore, they stated that Jati Umra and Sharif Medical City were the closest neighborhoods near the new phase. The clerk also stated that there was no expectancy of new development that would be linked to the original Bahria Town.
The source spoke on the matter with anonymity, that interested investors and clients can book 5 marla plots through open forms that are available with designated realtors. Furthermore, there is information that the management of Bahria Town will officially disclose the project soon.
