Islamabad: According to a recent news report, the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in a bid to facilitate the federal employees in the construction of their houses in the schemes launched by the authority.

The said agreement was signed by the FGEHA Director-General Waseem Hayat Bajwa and Bank of Punjab President Zafar Masud. There were several other officials of both organizations in attendance as well. It was highlighted that the contract will help people avoid increasing rate of interest against the mortgage.

In an earlier development, Director-General Bajwa also visited Sector G-14/2,3 to oversee the progress of the operation underway against Built-up Properties. The said operation is being carried out by Security, Land and DC/LAC wings.
