An Exquisite 18-Hole Golf Course in Capital Smart City, Capital Smart City is a project by Future development holdings and HRL, located on Lahore – Islamabad Motorway and near to the new International Islamabad Airport in Pakistan.
It is first ever smart city being constructed not only in Islamabad but also in Pakistan and 4th of its kind in South Asia.
The development work in the Capital Smart City has already begun and to provide its residence with world class facilities and entertainment the officials of the society are leaving no stone unturned.
In the same effort the society has signed an agreement with Harradine Golf at UAE on 18th July 2018 for construction of Capital Golf Club. He will structure a true hill-style course which will consist of 18-Gap hole golf course to enhance the attraction of their new project.
The Development work is expected to start in January 2019. Harradine will also design a driving range, putting green and a gold academy area for recreational purpose.
Harradine Gold came into being in 1929 by Don Harradine when he designed his first course in Switzerland. Since then he has been unstoppable and has continued to design, construct and remodeled over 200 Golf Course all over the world.
Many of the projects of Harradine Golf have won numerous awards and hosted a ton of different tournaments.
Harradine has always found the best way to utilize any site and turn into a centerpiece of any area. His work will also include the location of clubhouse and zoning of the real estate and internal roads.
Harradine Golf predicts that the small valleys and rugged terrain will provide a design challenge. The site will require at least 30 meters of elevation change but he remains optimistic and will take on the project head on.
Peter Harradine said: “Absolutely fantastic, it’s unique! I’ve never worked on a site like this and I am very, very happy to be here.” The said project is to be completed by the end of 2019.
