Quetta: According to a recent announcement, Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta, have announced an early advantage ballot for plots that are situated in Sector A of the housing society.
According to details revealed by local property experts, this is the first-ever DHA project where the administration is not only announcing the preform balloting of Sector A but also where the sector is located on the map before the balloting will be conducted.

For anyone wanting to be a part of the early bird advantage balloting, buyers and investors will have to pay full development charges. Buyers will have the option to obtain the challan form for payment online. Only those who have allocation documents, intimation documents or an open affidavit will be able to avail this opportunity.
The exact number of plots to be balloted can be anywhere between 1,000 and 2,000 plots. However, these are expected to be premier plots located within Sector A of the project, so the move is expected to generate quite a hype within the market.
