Peshawar: According to the society’s official Facebook page, Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Peshawar, has announced the collaboration with Bank Al-Habib Limited, a finance facility for home construction. The two organizations have agreed on a special mark-up rate for this purpose.

According to the details revealed, the details have been shared for the financing facility. Following are the details:

| Financing Tenure | 1-25 years |
| Special Mark-up Rate | KIBOR + 1.75% |
| Security | Mortgage Over Property/Personal Guarantee |

Other features of the financing facility include:
- Life insurance of the applicant up to the financing amount (at the cost of BAHL).
