Multan: According to a post on the official Facebook page of the housing society, Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan Project Director Brigadier Shoeb Anwar Kayani recently handed over possessions to Sector R members in addition to announcing ‘up to 100% waiver on development and utility charges’ for the said sector.

“With the blessings of Allah Almighty DHA Multan have achieved another milestone towards livability and opened construction doors for members of Sector R too,” as per the official notification. The Project Director further said that DHA Multan as a symbol of stunning progress and prestigious living continue to turn its words to the fullest culmination.
The incentive scheme details several perks Sector R members can avail, provided they meet certain requirements communicated by the housing authority.

In a related trend, DHA Multan has granted its members permission to start constructing their homes in sectors A, H, U, and V because those areas are ‘at an advanced stage of development.’ Furthermore, plot owners in these areas are not expected to pay construction or utility fees.
