Lahore: According to a recent source, Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore has set 31st of January as the deadline for all dues to be cleared by the applicants of DHA Lahore’s Overseas Enclave, which is located in Phase VII of the housing society.
This project is offering a variety of commercial and residential plots on a 3-year installment plan. Following are the plot sizes available:
- 1 Kanal residential plots
- 4 and 8 Marla commercial plots
The payments can be made through cash, pay order or direct deposit through normal banking channels, or through the nee Roshan Digital accounts that have been launched.
The groundbreaking ceremony of the Overseas Enclave was in November and soon development work began. The Enclave is easily accessible from the Burki Road and has easy access to the Allama Iqbal International Airport, Ring Road Lahore, and Lahore Cantonment.
