Gujranwala: According to the society’s official Facebook page, Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Gujranwala has revealed that work is underway on construction of an overhead water tank with water capacity of 100,000 gallons is underway. The post further states that work is near completion on laying of underground network of water pipelines in both residential and commercial sectors.
To gather the latest happenings from DHA Gujranwala, Kings Real Estate CEO Hassan Basra has initiated all initial infrastructural development in the society has already been completed, and now most of the work is concentrated around getting the infrastructure ready for commercial properties.

He believes that since commercial properties are situated near the society’s entrance gate and the developers are keen on presenting a streamlined and properly developed view of the society when investors come in to explore the venture. Basra further revealed that all main roads have been laid and carpeted and the society’s entrance gate is also fully operational.
As Basra puts it, these preliminary developments clarify the point from where the housing society starts and the extent to which it spreads. Owing to these developments, Basra notes that investors have entered the market and are buying properties here. He mentioned that this has once again put DHA Gujranwala back in the game for prominent investors and people who are looking to build their house in near future.

DHA Gujranwala had previously announced to hold ballot for 5-marla residential plots in January 2021, however, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the date has now been moved to somewhere in the first half of the year.
