Karachi: According to the society’s official Facebook page, ARY Laguna administration has shared a detailed plan for payments for their apartments. The management had previously announced another payment schedule but later withdrew it, further stating that the new instalment plan will involve a 10% down payment and a 1% per month instalment payments.

According to the latest announcement, the successful applicants will be required to submit:
- 10% down payment after a successful ballot
- 5% of the total payment, two months after booking
- 6% of the total payment, five months after booking
- 6% of the total payment, eight months after booking
- 6% of the total payment, 11 months after booking
- 1% of the monthly instalment for 47 months between the 13th Month to 59th Month
- 20% on completion
