Lahore: According to news published on the 20th of January, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA), has announced that the designs for LDA City’s Jinnah and Iqbal Sectors have been finalized and the town planning of commercial and residential plots is also settled.

The formal approvals of these designs will be provided in the LDA governing body summit which is scheduled for the 22nd of February. The ballot for plot allotments will be held in February as well. During this balloting, 1,000 file holders of Jinnah Sector and 10,000 file holders of Iqbal Sector will be allotted plots. The allotment of commercial plots in also expected to commence soon.

Reportedly, four plots have been dedicated to the health sector, and two plots have been dedicated to the educational institutes’ development. Moreover, the construction 180 ft wide road leading to the housing project is complete and the tenders for 200 ft wide Chenab Road in the project have been publicized.
