Swat: According to a recent news that was reported on the 22nd of January, the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) Mr. Mahmood Khan has approved Rs. 5 billion worth of funds for the construction of a road that will be linking the two valleys, Kumrat and Kalam.

This information was given by Swat Deputy Commissioner (DC) Junaid Khan during a press briefing. He also stated that a 113-kilometre-long road is being developed to link both of the valleys to ensure that more national and international tourist visit the area.
