Islamabad: According to a recent news report, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) Roads Division II has invited bids for the construction of Khayaban-e-Margallah from GT Road to Sector D-12 balance work (Package-I) in Islamabad.

Under the ‘Single Stage Two Envelope’ bidding process, the authority has invited sealed bids from qualifying construction firms that are registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) –under the prescribed categories. The bidding papers are available from the Dy Director Roads II (Room # 57) CDA building, which is situated in Old Naval Headquarters G-6 Markaz.

Applications for the building of Khayaban-e-Margallah must be accompanied by a PKR 6,0000 non-refundable cash deposit. Also, interested bidders must apply bid protection (deposit at call) in the sum of Rs. 14,554,200 in the name of Dy Director Roads II. On March 25, at 11:30 a.m., bids will be accepted in Room #3 of the Roads Directorate (North). On the same day, at 12:30 p.m., the technical bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ approved delegates.
