Islamabad: According to a news reported on 22nd January, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has recently stated that it had generated Rs. 80 million through approvals issued for building plans of 41 commercial and residential constructions during the last 20 days.

According to the details revealed, CDA’s Building Control Department received 121 building plans for approval between 1st of January and the 20th of January. Out of the 121 plans, 107 belonged to the residential category.
The department provided its approval to 35 plans, raised objections on 33, and delayed 29 others. In addition to the 107 mentioned, the department reviewed 14 commercial building plans: approving six, raising objections on one and delaying the approval of seven plans.
