Islamabad: In recent news reported, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) on Thursday provided its authorization to hire an expert for conducting the Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) for the Park Enclave III residential avenue initiative.
A meeting was held which was under the authority of Amer Ali Ahmed the chairman of the CDA where this decision was reached. The meeting was approved with 20 new posts that consist of 15 building inspectors and 5 land supervisors. The aim is to strengthen the Building Control Directorate (BDC) of the public agency.
The structural development work in both Park Enclave II and III was established in November of 2020. Construction work in Park Enclave III included fencing. While in Park Enclave II, a road network system, installation of street lights, and earthwork have been completed in the housing society.
