Islamabad: According to a news report published on the 24th of January, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has recently announced that it had accelerated the development work of Park Enclave II and declaring it to be a ‘unique housing project’.

According to details revealed, CDA has launched the project for Rs. 237 million and the civic agency intends to survey 659 Kanals of land for the project. Furthermore, the authority plans to develop 22 streets within the housing project.
Additionally, the repair, rehabilitation, and construction for the streets us under process. The land cutting and filing work is also being executed. According to CDA spokesperson Mohsin Sherazi, road construction work in the residential project is in full swing.

Furthermore, a survey for the installation of tube wells for water supply in Park Enclave II was completed recently. It was reported the further tenders for the commencement of civic works on the society had been lifted.
