Lahore: According to the society’s official Facebook page, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has authorised the advertising and technological clearance for the Blue Group of Companies’ residential scheme ‘Blue Town – Phase I (Sapphire)’, which is situated at Manga Bypass.

The no-objection certificate (NoC) for the project’s first phase, dubbed “Sapphire,” is currently being processed, according to Blue Town. Additionally, the venture’s balloting and ownership dates will be announced shortly.

The Blue Town-Phase I project in Lahore has a stock of 5 marla commercial plots, 3, 5, 10-marla, and 1-Kanal residential plots that have already been well-received by the industry.
