Islamabad: In a recent report, a budget of Rs.2.06 billion has been generated through the auctioning of shops in the Lifestyle Mall in sector G-13 by the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) and EHFPRO.

With the success of the auctioning of the Mauve Area and Class III Shopping Centers of sector G-13 and G-14, the Director General (DG) of FGEHA, Waseem Hayat Bajwa had announced a 4-day auction that ended the previous week.

According to the report, the funds will be used on a timely completion for these projects. The highest bids for the commercial groups have been approved by the concerned authority. The successful auction of the plots is associated with investors renewed confidence in the government’s policies and prospects of the construction sector.
