Karachi: According to some recent news, the administration of the ARY Laguna Karachi project have revealed the balloting month for the ARY Laguna Karachi Apartments. The balloting of the schedule has been revealed to be March of 2021. But the exact dates for the balloting have to yet to be shared by the concerned authorities.

According to details revealed by Awais Sattar, a platinum agent of the project, the administration had previously announced a payment plan for ARY Laguna Karachi bit it had been cancelled. A new payment schedule is expected to be announced soon.
He also revealed that the down payment will be fixed at 10%, while 20% of the total price will be paid at the time of possession. Meanwhile, the remaining amount will be paid in easy installments of 1% per month.

In order to be a part of the ballot, an individual has to possess a verified form. Currently, the option for new online forms is no longer available but forms are still available with platinum agents of the project who will also have these verified for the customers.
