Multan: According to the official Facebook page of the housing society, Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan, the authorities have shared the payment plan details for the villas that will be auctioned today on the 10th of February. The registrations invited from buyers and investors have already closed on the 8th of February, while the society has announced the possession of these villas to be given by December 31, 2021.

According to the details revealed, DHA will be presenting the villas in plot sizes of:
- 6 Marlas
- 9 Marlas
- 12 Marlas
These plots will have the options of 4-5 bedrooms. The authority has also released that while prices of these villas are competitive, the members can also avail home financing facilities.
Following is the price list for the villas:

The post also stated that overseas Pakistani citizens can also participate in the auctioning ceremony, sending their representatives to the auction, which will be held at Villa Park, DHA Multan.
Furthermore, detailed under the head of ‘Vital Incentives’, the post states that there will be 10% rebate on payments made in lumpsum and 5% rebate if payments are cleared within a year (four equal instalments). Also, the transfer fee has been waived off for the first-time transfer that takes place before June 30, 2021. Please note, the DHA hasn’t shared timings for the auction.
