Introduction

Army Welfare Trust is a business branch of Pakistan Army which consists of mostly retired army officers.

The army itself is an institution which is heavily trusted by the civilians due to its safety and unbeatable services and it comes as no surprise that this society turned out to be a success.

AWT is involved in many others business sectors such as Finance, Agriculture, Real Estate and many more.

Owner & Developer:

AWT D-18/ D-19 Islamabad launched about 20 years ago by Pakistan army officials and other employees of AWT in Islamabad. AWT has a list of successful housing schemes in Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad. The organization’s head office is located in the AWT Plaza on The Mall Road, Rawalpindi.

AWT Housing Scheme is located in Sector D-18 & D-19 sectors of Islamabad near Sangjani.

The society has acquired a total of 4710 Kanals consisting of 4729 residential plots.

Access:

AWT is located on the M-1 motorway. If you travel towards Peshawar, A block lies to the right side of the motorway and the remaining blocks are situated to the left side of the motorway.
