Quetta: According to a recent news report, on Monday the 11th of January, Balochistan Chief Minister (CM) Jam Kamal approved 1,505 new development schemes for the province during a meeting that was held at the CM House. The CM was hosting the meeting to discuss the Annual Development Program 2020-2021.
The summit was also attended by many concerned officials including, Provincial Minister for Communications (PMC) Mir Arif Jan Mohammad Hassani, Parliamentary Secretary Information (PSI) Bushra Rind, Chief Secretary Balochistan Capt. (R) Fazeel Asghar, Additional Chief Secretary Planning and Development Abdul Saboor Kakar, Secretary S & GAD Mohammad Bilal Jamali, Secretary Finance Khan Buledi Saleem Awan, Secretary Building Ghulam Ali Baloch, Secretary Information Shah Irfan Gharshin, Commissioner Quetta Division Asfandyar Kakar along with many other officials.
The summit was informed by the Chief Secretary of Balochistan Fazeel Asghar on the various development schemes in the city. He informed the individuals present at the summit that PKR 55 billion has been released for the ongoing and new support schemes.
He also stated that out of the proposed 1,597 development projects 1,505 schemes have been approved by the relevant and concerning authorities.
