Karachi: According to a post published on the official Facebook page, the administration of ARY Laguna within the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) City Karachi has declared that it will be offering a payment plan with 1% per month payment option for the individuals who have invested in the project.

Additionally, the administration of the ARY Laguna has also called for the members to get their application forms verified by the 10th of February, as it is the last deadline. These forms are transferable and were purchased for Rs. 16,500 will be worth Rs. 50,000 after the verification and this amount will be adjusted against the instalment payments.
An additional discount of Rs. 50,000 will also be offered on bookings when the members submit booking forms along with the prescribed token amount. This amount will be adjustable in the down payment if the said member is successful in the ballot.
